Maintenance ControllerOverview: The Maintenance Control position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the airline from a Maintenance standpoint. The Maintenance Controller will be responsible for ensuring that Sun Country Airlines' aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition, regardless of where they happen to be or who is making the necessary repairs. Classification:Full-time, Non-Exempt Supervisory Responsibility None The qualifications we are looking for in the Maintenance Controller include: Three or more years' experience on the 737-800 or similar type aircraft

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones photocopiers, filing cabinets. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands or finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Additional Notes Must be able to obtain MSP SIDA badge.
