About the Role

Culmen International is currently seeking a full-time Sr. Website Developer to work on site in Springfield, VA.

This position will provide administrative support to the Research Directorate and Senior Leadership levels in the Government program offices for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The work requires a high level of professionalism, performance, and accountability.


What You'll Do in Your New Role

    Experience with website design and knowledge of program languages for the development and maintenance of websites across various platforms.
  • Ability to translate products, information, and data into web content for dissemination, and design software and services to tie applications together, build and maintain databases and information stores, and transfer information among security domains.
  • Operate web content management systems, analyze and coordinate requirements with customers, and adjust interfaces and content.


Required Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance
  • Willingness to sit for CI poly
  • BA/BS, MA/MS, or PhD in computer science (Majors may include, but are not limited to Software Engineering,
  • Computer Engineering, Programming, Cloud Engineering.).
  • Greater than or equal to 15 years of computer science related work experience.
  • Understanding of sensitive document handling and compliance with a "clean desk" work environment


Desired Qualifications

  • BA/BS in graphic design, or art.
  • Greater than or equal to five years of graphic design or art work experience.
  • Prior experience supporting NGA is desired

The determination of compensation at Culmen International, LLC is based on various factors such as location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, clearance level, experience, internal equity, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $139,690 annually. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Culmen's total compensation package for employees.
