Job Overview
Primary Responsibility of the Warehouse Trainer is to coach, train, and provide support to operations. Core responsibilities will be centered on developing all employees' skills in equipment operation, distribution center activities (such as picking and put away) and supporting DC Management in administering the training program. This position requires a strong aptitude for instruction and coaching of new employees and retraining of current employees, while leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be self-managed and well-organized with a desire to develop people. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm Salary
