Job Summary: As a member of a school/program team, engages in direct external prospect solicitation as well as significant internal project management, such as advisory board development, annual fund marketing efforts, and major gift proposal writing. Develops major gift pipeline by traveling to solicit major gifts of $100K - $1M. Will interface with the dean, program directors, major gift officers, and faculty. This position serves as a major gift officer supporting the School of Communication and report to the Director of Development for the School of Communication within Alumni Relations and Development.
