Are you passionate about testing the latest electronic devices? Join our clients' team as a Test Engineering Technician! You'll work with tablets, phones, computers, LED electronics, and more, ensuring they meet the highest standards. As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production processes are efficient, safe, and continuously improving. This non-supervisory position requires a proactive approach to identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and report unsafe practices immediately.
  • Provide engineering support to maximize production and minimize downtime.
  • Recommend improvements and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.
  • Develop operating instructions and train team members.
  • Maintain tools, jigs, and stations, ensuring timely repairs and calibrations.
  • Prepare purchase plans for spare parts and report failure analyses.
  • Follow and enforce all safety protocols.



Qualifications:



  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or similar required
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan, direct, and delegate tasks.
  • Organizational and administrative skills.


Certifications:



  • Certifications in relevant fields are a plus
