M&H Valve in Anniston, AL is in search of aAssembly/Supervisorto join our Machine Shop team! The Assembly Supervisor provides excellent leadership for self, team, and facility. Supervises day to day operations of RSGV Assembly and Powder Coat, including assembly and hydrant planning/scheduling. Responsible for overall safety and environmental compliance, efficiency, and profitability of the areas of responsibility. Collaboratively works with other supervisor, managers, and departments to ensure delivery of quality products with superior service levels. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
