Position Summary The Department of Pediatrics at Columbia University Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for a full-time position in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU) at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian. He/She will join a group of dedicated front-line providers who will provide 24/7 coverage of the PICU/PCICU. The Physician Assistant will provide services under the supervision of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellows and attendings. The individual will perform a variety of functions and technical procedures necessary for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and outcome evaluation of patients in the ICU. The individual will also participate in performance improvement, research and educational activities.
