We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Global Experiences Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of global events, with a particular focus on our sports and hospitality programs, as well as events for our channel partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences that engage our audience and promote our company's mission.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the end-to-end logistics of global events, including sports and hospitality programs, channel partner programs and conferences. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts to ensure smooth execution of all events. Oversee event execution, ensuring all elements run smoothly and meet expectations. Analyze and report on event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Plan and coordinate events specifically designed for channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, gathering feedback to enhance future collaborations. Manage and enhance our sports and hospitality program, including partnerships with venues, teams, and sponsors. Coordinate exclusive experiences for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality engagement at events. Qualifications:

Pay Disclosure At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada's total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
